What does an assessment involve?

An EPC will take between 45 & 60 minutes depending on size of property.

The building insulation will be studied along with the heating system, also accurate measurements will be taken of the building, usually externally.

All other energy usage or generation will be noted such as light bulbs, extra room heaters and solar systems.

A Green Deal Assessment will take longer as domestic appliances are taken in to consideration along with life style.

What is the Renewable Heat Incentive?

The renewable heat incentive is money from the government if you have a Solar Thermal System, a Ground Source Heat Pump, an Air Source Heat Pump or a Biomass Boiler. You will need a full Green Deal Assessment to obtain RHI.


How can Solar Energy Products save money?
